Process enrollments and post eligibility details to ensure timely updates.
Communicate effectively with vendors and representatives to address inquiries or resolve issues.
Generate and analyze reports to support operational efficiency.
Handle scanning and indexing of documents to maintain organized records.
Distribute mail and manage incoming correspondence in a timely manner.
Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and provide helpful solutions.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to optimize workflows.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documentation.
Respond to email inquiries to ensure clear and timely communication.
Requirements:
