Responsibilities for a Health Services Associate include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary customer contact for access and affordability programs via phone, fax, and email.
• Investigate account or distribution issues using internal systems and procedures.
• Provide solutions or triage inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to departmental guidelines.

Candidates for Health Services Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications are a plus.
• 0-1 year of customer service or healthcare-related experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
• English fluency required; Spanish is beneficial and may require certification.
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (8.5-hour shift assigned post-training)

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
