We're hiring leasing coordinators to support a fast-growing advertising company during their busiest season. This is an ongoing temporary role based 100% onsite in Beaverton, with standard Monday--Friday hours (8--5) and business casual dress.
In this role, you'll be on the phones from day one, making high-volume outbound calls (100--175 per day) to businesses about national advertising campaigns. You'll track leads, set callbacks, build relationships, and help keep campaigns running smoothly. Training is quick and hands-on, so this is best suited for someone who's comfortable jumping in and learning as they go.
This is a lively, call-center style environment with lots of energy and moving parts. The right person is confident, organized, resourceful, and doesn't need much hand-holding. If you show up, stay positive, and put in the effort, there's real opportunity to grow here.
