Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers through various communication channels. Your ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and detail-oriented assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related problems.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Respond to emails and other written communications with clarity and attention to detail.
- Support customers by guiding them through processes and addressing their needs.
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfortable using email and other digital communication tools.
- Skilled at problem-solving and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work setting.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
