Compensation: $20 - $23/hr

Hours: 8:30 AM- 5 PM
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform administrative support for monthly processing of tasks required to support the Service Department in the area of Customer Service. Includes PM Agreement sales/renewals and associated PM work processes of the Service Department.
Maintains the Materials Returned for Credit (MRC) log
Performs order entry and shipping processes
Prepare material for on-site service, e.g., folders, binders and parts according to service schedule
Processes completed service report for on-site service
Initiates, receives, and processes loaner and trade-in instruments
Reviews open service call reports with technicians and update as needed
Maintains monthly test and equipment log ensuring test equipment inventory is accurate and within the calibration period.
Performs preventive maintenance sales including quotation, order entry, RMA management
Updates service calendar, prepares service documentation, processes completed service reports.
Coordinates activities with Customer Service personnel as they relate to Customer Service and orders
Shares responsibilities for answering the main telephone for Rudolph
Create and process service parts quotes, orders, and shipments
Assist with all service department related duties as needed and assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of High School Diploma, some college preferred
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service-related environment, preferably in import/export manufacturing
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of ERP systems.
Proven experience in a Sales environment
Experience with International Customers
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with SAP, HubSpot, or an ERP system a plus
