Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York, New York. This is a contract to permanent position within the dynamic Real Estate & Property industry. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
Address customer inquiries via email correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records accurately.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize information effectively.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Process order entries while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Apply call center and customer service expertise to resolve issues promptly.
Use Yardi software to assist with property management-related tasks, if applicable.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Experience with Yardi software is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Prior experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a plus.
Must be available to work onsite at least three days per week.
