Job summary: This position works to improve customer relations and provide support to all departments by receiving all incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff. This position helps customers find the equipment and products to meet their home care needs. This position requires an individual with interpersonal skills conducive to positive customer and employee relations.

Must have the ability to read and write clearly, follow and give instructions. Must have the ability to use a calculator, computer and @type. Prior experience or on-the-job training required. Must be able to successfully complete orientation/training program prescribed by Denman Medical. Must be capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 40 lbs.), walking, bending, squatting, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.

Job qualifications education/training/experience required:

Must have good telephone techniques and a good telephone voice.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
