What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
Resolving customer inquiries regarding plan benefits, claim payments, denials, and eligibility through telephone, email, walk-in, and mail
Meeting set statistical goals such as call length and daily call volume
Acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates
Assisting with the training of team members and participating in ongoing training to further knowledge and skills
Adhering to all customer service policies and procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least six months of work experience (or, in lieu of degree, at least two years of customer service experience)
Successfully completed a Customer Service Training Program
Are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
Possess excellent oral, written, and listening skills
Can handle stressful situations professionally and respond to inquiries in a calm, polite manner
Have strong PC skills and the ability to use a headset for extended periods
