Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing repair scheduling and maintaining effective communication throughout the process. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity, offering a chance to grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate repair schedules and manage all aspects of preparation, including engineer reports, plumbing tests, permits, payments, and customer communication.

Act as the liaison between customers and the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and completion of foundation and plumbing repairs.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, addressing concerns related to scheduling and job updates.

Conduct follow-ups with homeowners, builders, or responsible parties within one day of repair completion.

Collaborate with the operations team to schedule additional work orders or corrections needed before closing jobs in the system.

Maintain detailed documentation of issues and updates using internal logs and communication platforms.

Verify the accuracy of closing paperwork, ensuring contracts, estimates, and invoices are properly executed.

Submit requests to close out permits for completed repair jobs.

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including past, current, and prospective customers.

Assist in training new employees in scheduling processes and tools to ensure team efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills with experience in call center or similar roles.

Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.

Accurate data entry and general math skills with attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage schedules and documentation.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative.

Experience in training and mentoring team members is a plus.
