General Description/Purpose: The Customer Service Representative is the first person our customers interact with during their visit to our laundry and drycleaning stores. As the face of the company, CSR is expected to make a memorable impression by displaying Supreme Customer Service in a clean and inviting environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Supreme Customer Service and perform duties in a friendly and energetic manner
- Opening and Closing procedures at the assigned store
- Performs Wash and Fold service for customers
- Maintains store and machines cleanliness
- Ability to run a cash register
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Work Schedule: Full Time shifts to include weekends; shift hours vary depending on location.
Qualifications:
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to effectively communicate information and situations to customers, managers, and other employees
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Pay: $10.00 per hour
