Modality: Remote for any U.S. state

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST

Essential Duties:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, letters, and faxes.
• Investigate routine account or distribution issues related to access and affordability programs.
• Use internal systems and procedures to resolve problems.
• Provide solutions, gather additional information, or route inquiries appropriately.

At a minimum, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational qualifications may be accepted).
• 0-1 year of experience.
• English fluency.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work from home or in an office setting.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
