We are looking for an energetic, well organized self-starter to join a growing family-owned company doing customer support. This position is fast-paced and requires someone to work closely with their clients, ensuring orders and shipments are being processed swiftly and correctly. In this role, you can expect to be responsible for scheduling of shipments, communication with the customer, delivery tracking, and delivery confirmation.

3-5 years of professional customer service, logistics/transportation or call center experience
Advanced level skills in order entry, email correspondence and customer relations
Above average skills in Microsoft Excel
A pleasant and positive attitude - with good work ethic including attendance
