We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. Responsibilities:

Support French-speaking customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions tailored to their region.

Troubleshoot technical problems with the company's mobile app, guiding customers to successful resolutions.

Handle customer complaints effectively, conducting thorough research to provide accurate solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions using office software.

Adapt to varying schedules, including potential weekend shifts, to meet customer needs.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to compile and analyze customer data.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.

Familiarity with social media management and customer engagement strategies.

Ability to speak and write fluently in French for specialized customer support.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.

High level of accuracy in data entry, with alpha-numeric typing speeds between 8,001 and 10,000 kph.

Positive attitude and attention to detail in handling challenging situations.
