This role is responsible for booking and confirming travel arrangements for program attendees based on client guidelines, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction. You'll manage communications, maintain records using the Global Distribution System (GDS), and support Travel Directors with documentation. The position involves handling high volumes of participants and inbound calls across multiple programs annually. You'll also track deadlines, respond to land requests, and complete accounting tasks. Ongoing training and collaboration are key to staying aligned with industry updates and client expectations. May handle approximately 10,000-15,000 participants, 3,000 inbound phone calls, and 30-50 programs per fiscal year.
