Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client in the south metro, Minnesota area. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and office skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Document and update customer records in the system to ensure information accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and other customer-related transactions.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to team efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to better assist customers.
  • Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Friendly and attentive to detail when interacting with customers.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems is preferred.
