Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email to resolve problems and process order changes or cancellations.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and diagnose issues to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and perform administrative tasks such as scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
• High school diploma or 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 8pm

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
