As an Onsite Customer Service Representative, you will ensure we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You will work with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure commitments are met and customers are delighted at every step of the experience.

Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Minimum:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues satisfactorily.

Solid multitasking ability with exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Pay: $17hr

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
