Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to customers through efficient communication and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 10 inbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
  • Conduct 30-80 outbound calls per day once fully trained, following up with customers and sharing next steps.
  • Utilize the Salesforce platform to manage customer data and track interactions.
  • Send follow-up links to customers with detailed instructions and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing client needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support customer service operations.
  • Stay informed about company policies and industry standards to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience required.
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in customer service within a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • College degree is preferred but not required.
  • Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
