The salary range for this role is $13.00 to $14.00 per hour and is a virtual role.
Functions as a customer service-oriented salesperson. Processes, modifies, and updates customer information and escalates complaints through communication channels. Successful employees must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers. Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service-related calls, the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers, and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers.
What You Need:
Computer skills: Windows applications and typing skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Bi-Lingual role only: Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish
What You'll Do:
Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Assists new and existing customers through the online order process
Answers calls coming into the center pertaining to various customer service issues
Takes complaint calls, documents issues that arise at stores, and emails them to upper management
Additional Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales / Customer Service experience preferred
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Experience with numeric, oral, and written language applications
Product knowledge
