As a locally owned and rapidly expanding auto lending company, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person
Provide professional, friendly service and build strong customer relationships
Process applications, payments, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records and follow required procedures
Support collections and underwriting teams when needed
Learn and adapt quickly as new processes and tools are introduced
What We're Looking For
A self-driven, upbeat personality with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize and multitask (phones, emails, filing, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage daily tasks independently and adapt to change
Previous auto industry, lending, collections, or underwriting experience is a plus---but we're willing to train the right person
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
What We Offer
Compensation: $18.00--$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
