Caring Center Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused Caring Center Advisor to assist a newly onboarded insurance client. In this role, you will handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls per day, providing guidance and solutions to insurance members.

Because this is a new client implementation, many callers will need help verifying their coverage, confirming eligibility, and understanding how their new benefits differ from their previous insurance plans. Additional call types may include assisting members with network verification, locating in-network clinics, and answering general plan-related questions.

We're looking for someone who is patient, clear in communication, and energized by helping members navigate their healthcare benefits.

Main Position Details:

Start: ASAP - Once cleared onboarding process

Pay: $21.63/Hr

Training: 4 weeks in length. Mon - Fri 8:00am-4:30pm

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 7:00pm (8-Hour Shift)

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Qualifications:

High school diploma / GED required (Verified as part of compliance)

2+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of contact center experience preferable in a healthcare environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
