Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve issues related to product orders, billing, account information, shipping, and general troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in customer management systems.
Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and other service requests according to company policies.
Provide product and service information to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Participate in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and best practices.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is advantageous.
