Customer Service Representative

Floor Associate

Provide customer service to customers at the store in New York City. Assist customers in purchase of Company branded merchandise and products. Provide customers with product information and demonstrations. Recommend products to meet customers needs. Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties. Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. MUST HAVE CASHIER EXPERIENCE - *New req. Experience in a video gaming or electronics environment is strongly preferred. At least a high school diploma or GED is required. Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level. Ability to lift heavy objects or do continuous lifting while adhering to proper lifting techniques and ladder usage. Ability to perform routine display repair and maintenance. **Associates are required to work at least three weekdays and have full weekend availability.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
