Document interactions and updates in the system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs effectively.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential improvements.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or call center support is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
