Delivery Driver/Customer Service Representative
A rapidly growing medical equipment service provider, is expanding in The Dallas area! We're looking for a Delivery Driver/Customer Service Representative: a role that blends driving, customer support, and warehouse coordination. In this position, you'll play a key role in delivering and supporting life-saving medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities. All deliveries are made within a 150-mile radius, so there's no overnight or multi-day travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading, securing, and transporting medical equipment & supplies
- Delivery, pickup & returns
- Data entry and paperwork / electronic processing Completing company paperwork, maintaining delivery logs, entering/processing orders or equipment data through company systems
- Customer service & equipment handoff
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
- Rotating on call weekends and holidays
- $200 STIPEND for each on call shift!
This position also comes with:
- Hourly Pay: $ 20.00
- Medical benefits are provided FOR FREE by the company for the employee only. Additional benefits are provided at a low cost such as dental, vision, life/disability etc. 401k options are also provided
- All transportation costs are fully covered by the company
- Trips are typically within a 150-mile radius
Requirements:
- 3 years of prior delivery and/or driving experience is required
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- A DOT certification will be required, but if you don't already have the certification, it will be provided by the employer
- Clear MVR report will be required
- Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
