Responsibilities for Customer Service include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Process changes or cancellations to orders.
• Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient support to internal business partners.
• Display professionalism, flexibility, and commitment while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

• Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Location: Garner, NC (Onsite)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
