Counter Customer Service Rep

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Counter Customer Service Rep for our client in Chicago Heights, IL. Candidates must have experience with DMV processes (title status and working titles) and working with sub-haulers and dispatching vehicles. This is mainly a stand-up role, working at the front counter.

This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Pay: $20.84/hr.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Duties:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be tech-savvy
• Experience working with sub-haulers and dispatching vehicles
• Knowledge of DMV processes, including title status and working titles
• Receive and process payments
• Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system
• Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner
• Outbound calls to sellers
• Face to face customer interaction
• Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain and archive documents
• Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information
• Process mail incoming and outgoing items per criteria
• Read and interpret various reports/documents/Titles from the DMV
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds / walking 40% / standing 50%
