The primary purpose of this position is to collect monies on behalf of our clients by following the firm’s professional and ethical collection practices, as well as client guidelines, and all state and federal collection laws.

Fast pace inbound/outbound calls
Call center environment
Customer service
Collections experience not necessary
Ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, succinctly, effectively and convey information to the debtors.
Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPPA, and the ability to be licensed in all states and pass all required client background checks.

Word, Excel
