Total Water is looking to immediately hire a Customer Service Coordinator for our Lansing, MI office. Working with customers, technicians, managers, purchasing, sales and the customer service team, you will coordinate all aspects of service and installation, coordinating schedules, dispatching technicians, setting sales appointments, arranging for equipment, and processing paperwork.

Responsibilities include:
Scheduling installations, service, delivery and sales appointments.
Answering customer phone calls and directing accordingly.
Assist customers with service & delivery questions by phone, email and in person if needed.
Work with sales team, technicians and customers by phone and email.
Schedule technicians, collect and prepare necessary paperwork, determine equipment needs and availability while controlling the work to improve productivity.
Updating completed work in the computer database, for billing and preparing reports as needed.
Experience and Job Requirements:
Experience as a scheduler, coordinator or customer service center/account management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Understanding and prior experience using a database.
Good typing skills.
Accounting and billing experience helpful.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
