Total Water of Baraboo is looking to immediately hire a customer service coordinator. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. This position will use excellent customer service skills to assist customers on the phone and by email, with scheduling service, installation and delivery of their water treatment equipment. Working as a team, you will schedule work, prepare reports, process paperwork, collect payments, bill customers for service, and coordinate product inventory needs. This is a fast paced position requiring multi tasking abilities, excellent typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft products and ability to use a database and electronic file storage systems. Experience in working with multi line phone systems, dispatch, in a call center, or customer service billing skills is needed.
