This is a part-time, entry-level clerical and public contact position within the Human Resources Department. This role is responsible for providing specialized customer service to both internal and external customers, whether by telephone or in person, and for maintaining records. Customer services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures, and the specific information and knowledge required are learned on the job. While the work is performed independently, complex issues may be referred to a supervisor or lead position. This position will support all areas of Human Resources as needed or requested. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
