Bilingual Spanish Client Services Representative
Our client, a community-focused nonprofit organization, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Client Services Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for individuals seeking access to programs and resources. This role supports intake, information sharing, and service coordination while providing respectful, culturally competent assistance in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for community members via phone, email, and in person, providing assistance in English and Spanish
- Conduct initial intake, gather required information, and assess service needs
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in case management and tracking systems
- Provide information on available programs, services, and eligibility requirements
- Assist clients with applications, forms, and follow-up documentation
- Route inquiries and referrals to appropriate internal teams or external partners
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive situations
- Support administrative and reporting tasks as needed to assist program operations
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, intake, call center, or client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a compassionate, service-oriented approach
- Experience with data entry and case management or CRM systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a nonprofit, social services, public health, or community organization preferred
