Our client, a leader in the financial services and fintech industry, is seeking Customer Service Associates to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support clients and customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Location: Lehi, UT (until March), then Sandy, UT
Pay Range: $19-$21/hr
Shift: Training: First 2 weeks, and Nesting 1-2 weeks, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (1-hour lunch). After training schedule: 3 associates: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 4 associates: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support channels
Assist clients with account information, billing, and service-related questions
De-escalate customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and support processes

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Lehi and Sandy locations) with reliable transportation
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are a plus
Strengths in adaptability, de-escalation, and a professional customer-focused attitude
Ability to pass a background check; disclose any issues from the last 10 years
