Role Purpose

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to join our branches in the role of Customer Service Advisor. If you are ambitious with a helpful personality, we want to hear from you!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be holding face to face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs. Delivering a personalised and friendly service every day. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations - determining the best way we can support them.

This role will require you to be flexible, well organised, and happy to work in a dynamic environment.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements.

Exceptional customer service levels, passion for delivering superior customer service experience. Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment. Excellent organisation and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and IT literate. Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.

Where & when you'll work:

Our team operate between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 10:00-15.00. We are currently recruiting Customer Service Opportunities at our Guernsey Branch.
