Job Requirements: Responsibilities: Importing and entering of imported and emailed orders into their system. Follow up with warehouse or supplier on any open orders past due and update system Backup: Follow up on all items on back-order and update computer for weekly status report for reps. and internal staff Enter tracking numbers and fulfills orders shipped from vendors so status shows up on customer reports as well as internal staff knows the order has shipped Customer Service Representative- Assisting with damaged/defective items or lost packages Assisting in the warehouse- pulling and packaging product along with creating a shipping label Receptionist- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails Other Experience and Qualifications: 1 year MS Office experience 1 year Project Management Skills experience preferred Sitting up to 8hrs. a day Standing a minimum of 4hrs. bending/stooping lifting, pushing/pulling, up to 25 lbs.
