Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM--5:00 PM
This is an inbound customer service and sales position focused on supporting existing industrial clients. The primary responsibility is to respond to customer inquiries for quotes on equipment repair, rebuilds, and new units. While the role is 90% inbound, some outbound follow-up and prospecting may be required.
The ideal candidate should be an organized and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
Experience: 2+ years in an inside sales or customer service role.
Software Skills: QuickBooks experience a plus.
Communication: Strong phone skills and professional email etiquette.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track multiple quotes and follow-ups simultaneously.
Attitude: A positive, customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn technical terminology (training provided).
