Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our Hibbing, MN service center. In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. What you'll do: In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required
- Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
