Role Summary: Reporting to the Manager or Supervisor, the Counter Sales Representative is a key member of the sales team. This position is responsible for promoting and developing business. The individual continually contributes to sales growth and profitability by providing prompt, friendly and professional service to customers in-person and over the phone. Counter Sales Representatives may assist in the warehouse or with local deliveries.
