Corporate Banking Group Sales Administration Manager

The Corporate Banking Group (CBG) Sales Administration Manager oversees the sales operational infrastructure that supports relationship managers and leaders across the Corporate Banking Group, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient account and coverage processes, and strong operational controls. This role also contributes to performance architecture by integrating KPI insights and supporting planning activities including coverage modeling and incentive alignment. The manager partners closely with finance, HR, business intelligence, and product teams to ensure operational alignment and bring structure to measurement routines. Overall, this position ensures that sales administration processes and operational standards effectively enable revenue generation and client coverage across Corporate Banking.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversees the daily execution of revenue operations including accurate client portfolio groupings, client assignment migrations and maintenance, team hierarchy oversight, relationship profitability reporting, and production revenue reporting

Leads cross functional collaboration to develop, implement, and optimize sales workflows and operational capabilities that support performance measurement, coverage alignment, and compliance requirements

Collaborates with senior leadership to design and oversee scorecard and goaling frameworks, incentive plans, and award distributions for Corporate Banking

Supports the incorporation of KPI governance standards and provides expanded decision support to business leaders

Provides sales analytics and performance insights that guide decision making, including ownership of a market aligned staffing model for territory modeling and banker coverage design

Partners closely with product management, data analytics, finance, HR, risk, and compliance to ensure operational alignment and mitigate risks associated with performance measurement, reporting, and sales administration processes

Integrates insights from analytics, finance, business intelligence, and product partners into performance routines and KPI reporting

Acts as an advisor to business heads, HR, and finance partners during annual planning cycles including coverage modeling, gearing, and award calibration

Leads the CBG Help Desk as the first line of support for bankers and leaders on systems, reporting, scorecards and incentives, and operating processes, establishing SLAs, quality standards, and feedback loops that improve banker productivity

Owns banker onboarding, banker transfers, and client migration workflows across CBG systems and processes, ensuring Day 1 readiness, strong data hygiene, and adherence to control standards

Requirements

Ten (10) years in banking or financial services including experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or performance management

Five (5) years leading teams or managing multidisciplinary programs

Three (3) years in Commercial, Corporate, or similar wholesale banking functions

Experience leading incentive plan management, award calibration, and goaling processes

Experience governing operating model components such as coverage, gearing, or sales performance routines

Experience conducting or governing sales territory modeling and design

Experience leading cross functional strategic initiatives

Preferences

Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or equivalent experience

Five (5) years leading a sales team or similar revenue focused function

Certifications in project management, Lean, SAFe, or Six Sigma

Training in data analytics, AI interaction, and financial modeling

Proven track record of driving revenue growth or managing sales administration teams

Experience supporting centralized frontline support functions with SLAs and defined quality controls

Skills and Competencies

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Advanced skills in data assimilation, analytics, and interpretation

Advanced communication skills including executive level presentations, reporting, and demonstrations

Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Advanced technical skills including data visualization, AI interaction, UI UX familiarity, and API and integration concepts

Executive fluency with performance analytics, incentive logic, and KPI interpretation

Strong organizational and time management skills

Expertise in business transformation including process automation and scalable revenue operations strategies

Ability to structure compelling business cases with clear ROI

Independent judgment and reasoning

Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau

Strength in change management, data governance, and performance measurement controls

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$128,104.35 USD

Median:

$165,820.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
