Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Construction Loan Support Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI!

Pay rate: $22.13/hr

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p

The Construction Loan Support Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operations within the construction funding department. This position is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Assist with new loan set ups in Built, file assignment activities (document uploads, date entry)
• Assist with modifications - preparing and sending out; process returned modifications; image and send to funder
• Assist with Builders Risk Insurance monitoring and policy renewal collection
• Assist with mail review and distribution
• Assist with assembling rollover packets
• Assist with draw review, update construction and servicing systems for draw processing.
• Order compliance inspections
• Other various office duties

Education/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements:

1+ years of prior mortgage and real estate documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Must have strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $22.13 per hour
