Role Expectations

Plan, implement, document, and manage new data center and expansion sites, including colocation space, IP transit, and structured fiber cabling

Partner with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order management and delivery of platform services

Coordinate across functional teams to streamline communications and keep technical documentation current

Interpret carrier KMZs and leverage knowledge of DWDM technology and dark fiber to ensure site implementations align with diverse routing requirements

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during site test and turn-up activities

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience with a focus on IP transit carriers and data center technologies

Professional experience and deep understanding of global data center operations and carrier services

Proven track record of executing on tight timelines and managing complex vendor relationships

Demonstrated ability to manage and organize high volumes of project-related communications and documentation

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to the changing needs of a high-growth technology environment

Proven success in a collaborative environment focused on global impact

Proficiency in utilizing operational information systems including Jira, Asana, and Google Suite to track project health

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range $101,500-$140,000 USD
