Client Service Banker

Start Date and Shifts: The recruiter will review the available start date and shifts with applicants during the process.

This is NOT a remote nor work from home position.

Position Overview:

As a Client Service Banker you will be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. You'll work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to ensure our clients' banking needs are met with precision and efficiency. Each interaction is an opportunity to connect with our clients and internal business partners and strengthen the client's relationship with First Horizon Bank.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a deep understanding of banking products and services to meet clients' needs.

Listen to understand and deliver opportunities for our clients.

Delivers exceptional professional experience consistently during each call.

Serving clients with a one contact resolution focus.

Have a "Let's Find a Way" mindset.

Focus on deepening existing client relationships.

Being adaptable to support the business need by being curious and asking the right questions while serving clients.

Follow documented procedure as a self-sufficient tool/resource to effectively support clients.

Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on grammar and etiquette

Process strong problem-solving skills, customer advocacy, attention to detail expertise, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Shifts:

Shifts starting from 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM / Monday - Friday

Saturday shifts are a requirement.

Training Schedule:

8 weeks duration

Week 1-3: Monday - Friday / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Week 4-7: Work assigned scheduled shift

Week 8: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Week 9: Work assigned scheduled shift
