Client Service Associate

You'll work closely with senior advisors and play a meaningful role as the team continues to grow and improve processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estate and trust summaries and review entity structures
- Draft client-ready materials and handle internal requests
- Track deliverables, manage workflows, and coordinate calendars
- Serve as a point of contact for select inquiries
- Conduct research and provide analytical support to the Tax and Estate Planning team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership of deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
