In the role of Chain Sales Manager, B2C eCommerce you will be part of the North American eCommerce Team. You will lead, motivate, and coordinate the US eCommerce sales team for strategic pureplay retailers and marketplace platforms (e.g. Instacart, Drizly, gopuff, Amazon, Doordash) to help accelerate the adoption of beverage alcohol amongst consumers at our customers and drive disproportionate sales growth for Molson Coors. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced, complex, and exciting world of beverage alcohol - the last frontier of eCommerce and one that has grown triple digits the last 2 years. In addition, you will help build click & mortar eCommerce sales capabilities with our National Accounts such as Walmart, Kroger, 7-eleven, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.

This position reports to the North American Head of eCommerce at Molson Coors and works closely with Retailers, eCommerce Marketing, Distributors, Sales Activation, Category Management and Advanced Analytics

End-to-end business owner of the US beverage alcohol eCommerce sales, leading the strategy for marketplace and pureplay accounts (e.g. Instacart, Drizly, gopuff, Amazon, Doordash, etc)

Responsible for financial and market share performance of total US eCommerce sales

Own annual cross functional business planning process to build innovative plans, detailed execution, and clear roadmap for ecommerce sales team.

Lead a growing team of National Sales Executives accountable for delivering MCBC growth with designated retailers and accounts

Support the growth and development of your direct reports through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations

Understands business performance drivers and can distill to prioritized strategies and opportunities to maximize business results

Understands the results of digital marketing programs to increase ROI and optimize GTM plans; coaching your team in strategic and tactical planning

Drives category growth through customer insights and analysis of consumer decision trees to disproportionately grow MCBC business online and position MCBC as first choice

Establish business requirements for data tools with analytic teams to analyze ecommerce beverage alcohol trends address opportunities and risks for faster decision making

Support eCommerce Marketing team in developing end-to-end strategy of on and offline retail media growth initiatives to maximize conversion

Service the customer by establishing strong business relationships with decision makers- providing category management expertise at the retail level

Leads business reviews - including quarterly reviews (QBR), monthly reviews (MBRs) and driving "top-to-top" meetings

Leads seamless execution of business operation understanding stakeholder needs for distributors and retailers to maximize service

Support your sales leadership counterparts in ecommerce sales capability development for strategic brick and click customer and channels such as grocery, convenience, and on-premise accounts

7+ years' experience in omnichannel or ecommerce sales, customer business development, sales management, account management, preference for calling on pureplay and marketplace accounts

A strong understanding of category management is required.

CPG experience a must, in food, beverage or regulated industries a plus

Beer or Alcohol experience strongly preferred

You are a self starter, can prioritize fewer bigger better and help employees focus on what matters and eliminate distractions

Excel in fast paced and ambiguous environments across multiple stakeholders and accounts

Advanced analytical acumen to assess business opportunities and coach direct reports on where to focus

You embody the ideals of Be the Precedent and Challenge the Status Quo

Experienced negotiator with varying stakeholders including customers internal and external

Demonstrated ability to lead business planning, including setting strategies, execution requirements, establishing KPIs and tracking measurement;

Strong influencing skills as MCBC is a matrixed organization and this role relies on various functions to deliver success

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,700.00 -$144,000.00 (posting salary range) + 20 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
