Job Description
Cards and electronic payments are a critical component of WesBanco's banking services. Careful management of these relationships and their interactions are paramount to the success of the bank. A comprehensive strategy that integrates our partners with the marketing and sales efforts of the bank is also required in order to drive customer behavior and associated revenue. Moreover, the strategy must also focus on the costs associated with the day-to-day processing and management of the program. The Card Services Manager will be responsible for setting and managing the revenue and cost strategy for the card division, while maintaining vendor relationships and evaluating and setting the long-term strategy for vendors and technology in this space.
