The business systems analyst will act as the bridge between business teams and Salesforce technical resources. This role focuses on requirements gathering, system configuration support, testing coordination, and ongoing platform optimization. The analyst will work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure Salesforce solutions support real-world workflows.
Requirements:
5+ years business or systems analyst experience
Salesforce platform experience, including configuration and user support
Strong requirements documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
UAT planning, coordination, and defect triage
Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders
Jira and Confluence experience preferred
