We are seeking a strategic and sales-driven professional to lead global alignment and vision for leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator across all regions (Americas, APAC, Europe). This role will ensure consistent knowledge sharing, training, and best practices across zones while integrating LinkedIn Sales Navigator with CRM systems like Salesforce to maximize prospecting and early-stage sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Alignment
Define and execute a global vision for LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage across all regions.
Align processes, training, and best practices between Americas, APAC, and Europe.
Ensure full utilization of purchased LinkedIn Sales Navigator services and features.
Sales Enablement
Guide sales teams on how LinkedIn Sales Navigator supports early-stage prospecting and lead generation.
Promote use cases and success stories to drive adoption and ROI.
Differentiate between leads, opportunities, and business objects within the sales cycle.
CRM Integration
Oversee integration between LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
Understand where LinkedIn functionality ends and Salesforce begins to optimize workflows.
Provide guidance on leveraging both platforms effectively without requiring configuration work.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Negotiate and balance priorities across different zones.
Foster alignment in behaviors and processes rather than rigid rules.
Skills and Requirements
Experience helping integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator into a company's sales cycle
Knowledge of Salesforce business processes
Experience working across global teams and comfortable with flexible schedule to work across US APAC and Europe technical experience with Salesforce or LinkedIn navigator dashboards such as setting up users
