In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

The Opportunity

As part of the Epic Consulting team, you will design, configure, test, and implement changes to assigned Epic system applications. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain rigorous standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to lead operational work groups, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications

Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements for new initiatives

Lead operational work groups to enhance healthcare workflows

Consult with Epic representatives and subject matter experts for impactful solutions

Maintain exemplary standards of quality and professionalism in deliverables

Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients

Navigate complex situations to deliver innovative outcomes

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred

Proven experience in leading project management initiatives

Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows

Demonstrating innovative problem-solving and communication skills

Mentoring and developing team members effectively

Managing multiple broad-scope projects simultaneously

Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies

Understanding industry standards and audit requirements

Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
