We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most energy efficient and effective air system solution.

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our EVS Branch located in Fredericksburg, VA.

The selected candidate will:

• Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
• Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
• Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
• Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.

Required Qualifications

• Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
• High school diploma
• Good communication skills
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Good customer service skills
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• SAP experience preferred
