You'll also identify, develop, and implement innovative process solutions that strengthen capability, consistency, and overall efficiency - making a measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
B.A or B.S in engineering, operations or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years in an engineering position within a manufacturing environment with high-speed packaging equipment. Formalized problem-solving methodologies, such as 5S, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Root Cause Analysis.
